Welcome to Wave Studio. These terms cover how you use our site at wave-studio.in and how we handle orders placed with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to what’s below. If any of it doesn’t sit right, please write to us before ordering and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Who we are

“We”, “us” and “Wave Studio” refer to the small-batch jewellery studio based in Jaipur, Rajasthan that designs and sells hypoallergenic jewellery and makeup accessories at wave-studio.in. You can reach the studio at hello@wave-studio.in or on Instagram at @wavestudio.in.

Your account

We use magic-link login — you enter your email and we send a one-tap sign-in link. There are no passwords to remember, but the link itself is what proves it’s you, so please keep your inbox secure and don’t forward sign-in emails to anyone else.

One account per person, please. The details you share with us — shipping address, phone number, name — should be your own and accurate, so we can actually get the order to you.

Products, prices and listings

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Because we make everything in small batches, availability can change without notice — we try to keep the site in sync but occasionally a piece will sell out between your click and our confirmation.

We photograph each piece as honestly as we can, but screens vary and finishes on hand-worked jewellery have small natural variation. The colour or sheen you see on your device may differ slightly from what arrives. We only ship within India for now.

When your order is confirmed

Adding items to your cart or completing checkout doesn’t, on its own, mean we’ve accepted your order. An order is confirmed only once your payment has cleared through Razorpay and we’ve marked it as dispatched. If something is off — a pricing error, a stock issue, a delivery pincode we can’t serve — we may need to cancel and refund before dispatch, and we’ll email you if that happens.

Payment

Payments run through Razorpay, our Indian payment processor. You can pay with the standard methods Razorpay supports — cards, UPI, net-banking and the usual wallets. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials; Razorpay handles that end, and we only receive the confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Shipping

Delivery is a flat ₹100 anywhere in India, and free above ₹999. Orders typically arrive in about 40 days from dispatch — small-batch means we sometimes finish pieces to order — and our courier partner handles the last leg. Once a parcel is with the courier, tracking and delivery timings are largely in their hands, though we’ll help chase anything that goes astray. We ship within India only.

Returns and refunds

We offer 30-day no-questions returns from the day your order arrives. Email hello@wave-studio.in with your order number and we’ll write back with return instructions.

For hygiene reasons and because these are small pieces, the item must come back unused and undamaged, in its original pouch. Once we receive the return and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll refund the full item price to your original payment method within 7 business days.

How you can use the site

Please don’t resell our pieces without written permission, don’t scrape the catalogue, and don’t place fraudulent orders or use payment methods that aren’t yours. If we spot activity like this, we may cancel orders, close accounts, and where necessary involve the relevant authorities.

Photos, copy and other creative work

The product photography, illustrations, page copy, logo and overall look of wave-studio.in belong to Wave Studio. You’re welcome to share our pages and tag us on Instagram — that’s lovely — but please don’t reuse the images or copy commercially or pass them off as your own.

Limits on our liability

We’re a small studio doing our best. If something goes wrong with an order, the maximum we can be liable for is the amount you paid for that order. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses — things like missed gifting occasions or downstream costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can’t be waived.

Changes to these terms

As the studio grows, these terms will evolve. When we update them, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to shop with us after that means you’re okay with the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that can’t be sorted out over email will be handled by the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
